I put Claudia on the floor with a bunch of toys but she'd rather chew on a magazine. 

 

Bass Pro

It's amazing how rarely you go to Bass Pro when you live ten minutes away and you aren't into hunting or camping or fishing or... being outdoors. My dad and stepmother came to visit and wanted to see it and it had been years since I'd been and I was surprised at how much had changed.

That big dear thing used to be outside.

I told them to act afraid. Imogen didn't cooperate.

I told Imogen I was taking a picture of the John Wayne poster.

Smash Journals

Imogen, Genevieve and I ordered smash journals on Friday and they just came in today. These seemed like a fun creative way to spend our summer. It's no-rules scrapbooking. Anything goes. Just smash it in the book. We're already having fun with them.

Went swimming today

Headband

My newest headband. This is a terrible picture but it's the best I could do. The bow came from a headband that I bought for myself but never wore. I lent it to one of the other girls. As so often happens with things I lend to them, it ended up on the floor, got stepped on and broke. So I pulled off the bow and five minutes with a glue gun and viola! New baby headband. Unfortunately she doesn't have anything in black or dark grey.

The quilt she's sitting on was given to us from Jeremy's grandmother at Christmas and I love it so much! :)
